Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Contract Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Contract status shows in Pending approval though getting a notification mail that contract has been approved

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Contract should be approved.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Amend a contract with and amendment date older than system date
2. Submit contract for approval
3. Approve the contract
4. Contract remains in 'Pending approval' status

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve the contract.
