LPN Status Not Updated Based on Answers to QC Verification Questions

In a WMS Cloud environment (version 20B):
There is an LPN with Status = 'Quality Control'.
The user enters the 'QC Complete' RF screen.
There are a number of verification questions to be answered.
These QC verification questions were set so that the valid answer is 'Yes'.
Then, all of the questions are answered regarding this LPN (with the value of 'Yes').
At this point, the user is expecting the LPN status to change to 'Received'.
However, the LPN remains in the 'Quality Check' status.
