BICCC "Download Sample CSV File" Errors With "The data store test extract was timed out" (Doc ID 2702803.1)

BI Cloud Connector Console (BICCC) "Download Sample CSV File" returns the error message below:

"The data store test extract was timed out."

Starting with 20B the "Download Sample CSV File" timeout was changed to 1 minute as test extract request needs to provide feedback faster.
