Unable To Restrict Line Manager From Adding Talent Score To Workers Talent Ratings Screen (Doc ID 2702867.1)

Role based access has been used to restrict Line Manager access to view and the roles have been regenerated but the line manager is still able to add a new talent score directly to the workers talent rating screen outside of a talent review. The customer does not want the line manager to be able to add a talent score outside of the talent review meeting. The customer uses two different talent score rating scales and the application only allows one rating scale to define a talent score rating from the talent ratings screen
