Symptoms

After the recent upgrade of OCE, users are being disconnected and forced to re-sign in again from the OCE Desktop Client. This is occurs after every OS restart or when the desktop machine goes to sleep at end of business day. This occurs on both Windows and MAC OS desktop machines.
