Goal

Cases not being generated for all email sent to HCM Helpdesk

Emails being sent to the application are not generating cases. Its seems that approximately 50% of them are and 50% of them aren't and it is random in generation. The address that emails are being sent into is xxxx.fa.intservice.incoming@workflow.mail.em2.cloud.oracle.com. No emails are failing in generating cases. It just seems that the batch process is not picking them all up to be processed.
