Issues with SLAs out of Sync
Due times on some SLAs are outside of the business hours that we have set up
User have set up the business hours to be Monday-Friday 8am-6pm.
However we have noticed a number of cases with a due time of 7pm which is outside of these set hours and means the operation are losing time in the SLA.
