Symptoms

Validation Rule is getting failed

We have a validation rule where Primary Contact as required. Since with my login the validation rules work fine but from other user it clubs with different validation rule.

Groovy Conditions:
if (PrimaryContactPartyName != null){
return true
}
else
{
return false
}

Error: Please enter Primary contact to create the Opportunity

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue validation is not working for all users
