Blank Value After Selecting The Job Code LOV In Participant Selection (Doc ID 2703403.1)

This is an intermittent issue. After selecting an active Person Job Code, the Value column is blank. If close the Participant Selection Rule UI and retry on the same person job code, the value shows the name. 

1. Setup HCM Job Codes for multiple business units
2. Setup and Maintenance > Manage Participant Selection Rules
         Attribute = Person Job Code
         Operator = Equals
         Value , click on Advanced Search :
                Code = 242400_84
                Status = Active
                ... select the Job ( ie. Hotel Manager )
                ... the display field [ Value ] is blank.
3. User Cancel and exit the UI
4. Reopen the UI and select the same job code again and now can see the value

NOTE:  Might also see error message ; Too many matching records found.  Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.
