Essbase Marketplace: Unable to Change Solve Order After Migrating Application from On-Premises Essbase (Doc ID 2703913.1)

Symptoms

Migrated an Essbase application from an on-premises server to Essbase Marketplace. Edit the outline and change the dimension or member solve order and 'Save'. The solve order appears to be saved but after closing the outline and re-opening, the solve order reverts back to original setting.
