UK Legislation Why PAE Pension Assessment Roll Back is not completed? (Doc ID 2703972.1)

Goal

On running PAE process for June 2020, the Pension Assessment roll back process is not completing and showing Pending status. Why?

On analysing the Errors and Warnings report, the errored employee details are as follows:

Error Message- Pension Update Process : Stopped PAE flex Update as the ACT_QPS_ID is blank and the PDCC ID is not blank to avoid flex value set failures.
