"The statement end date must be later than or equal to the statement start date" Error Attempting to Upload Spreadsheet (Doc ID 2704040.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to create a bank statement from a spreadsheet Users experience incorrect date behaviour causing the import to error for a bank statement from 12th July 2020 to 13th July 2020.
see attached for steps to recreate and screen snaps.

Note also data validation does not allow days after 12th when using the required MM/DD/YYYY format e.g. 07/13/2020 fails the validation.
For days 1-12, dates are allowed however statements imported for these dates e.g. 07/11/2020, 11th July 2020, the date in the system is incorrectly imported as 7th November.

Personal Preferences are set in the system dd/MM/yy.

Error:

The log file shows the following Error:

  ERROR [CE_START_EARLY_END_DAY], Statement_Header_Id[100000002744648], [The statement end date must be later than or equal to the statement start date.]

Product interface and error table data will automatically be purged (default setting is within 30 days of the initial load) by the Purge Interface Table scheduled process.
Prior to purge execution, the interface and error data will first be extracted and uploaded to the particular Universal Content Management (UCM) server account for the individual product import process that is used.
If you need to reference the purged interface and error data, then you will need to access the UCM File with the following naming convention: ImportBulkData_<ImportJobName>_<LoadRequestId>.zip
