On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Inventory
When trying to create Miscellaneous Transactions from REST API, below errors occurs.
Profile Option 'INV_TRANSACTION_DATE'' has value set as 'No validation'.
ERROR

INV_TRANSACTION_MAXIMUM_DATE
You can't create the transaction because the transaction date is prior to 2019-08-25 21:39:12.000000000.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Inventory Transaction with a past date using REST API
2. API Response shows the above error.
