Is there a way to get Vertex Data in OSC under manage geographies?

Currently client is using Nokia data for the OSC manage geographies. They have the integration where they pass account and its detail to EBS. EBS has Vertex as source of Addressees. So in case of mismatch integration error out and then manually we have to create the address in manage geographies by taking vertex reference.

Please suggest if there is a way to get Vertex data in OSC so we do not have to do this manual updates.
In case If there is no direct way what are the alternate options
