Symptoms

Updating items via the MS Excel interface (Oracle Visual Builder) tool throws the below error:

It requires “Hard Pegging Level Value” to be provided, on providing the value as 'None' it requires
“Expenditure Type Value” to be provided with following error. None or 'NULL' does not work.

Customer has not implemented Project Manufacturing/Inventory.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In designed provide the following URL
https://xxxxxxx.fa.xxx.oraclecloud.com//fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemsV2/
2. Query an item in an org using 'Download' option
3. Update the item specifications eg. Postprocessing Lead Days.
4. It throws the error.
Applying List binding LOV_HardPeggingLevelValue with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :ItemRestResource, key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx ]
5. Update “Hard Pegging Level Value” to null and then upload changes, the above error is thrown.
