Goal

RPM_PROMO_OFFER.TEMPLATE_IDs are not all documented in Data model, the only values are: 0 - Get Discount, 1 - Buy X Get Discount, 2 - Spend X Get Discount, 3 - Get Y For Discount but in front end there are others possible values.

The complete list of values from UI:

1.Buy X Get Discount
2.Spend X Get Discount,
3.Buy X Get Y for Discount
4.Spend X Get Y for Discount
5.Buy X and Y get Discount
6.Buy X of single item for discount
7.Buy X and Y get Z for Discount
