ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

1.)Is there a setting or configuration change on 20C that eliminated much details on a payment approval notification?
2.)The Bell and Email approval notification is different in 20C compared to 20B
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. on 20C create a payment process request
2. submit the PPR for approval
3. notice the notification details
