ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SR landing view page doesn't display values for a custom record type column after the mass update
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The custom record type field should retain its value even after the mass update.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Service > Service Request
2. SR landing page, Suppose there is a Custom Record Type already added in the layout with some values.
3. Complete a mass update on a few of the SRs and then check the custom record type column values, its all blank.
4. Click the SR# link of any, in the SR detail page, you can see the values against the custom record type but NOT on the landing page.
