Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.12.5

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom Print is not working (no response) for recently created Business Process (BP) records. It is noted that there is a response, and data is returned, for older records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Custom Print should run and return data as before for recently created BP records.
