Actual Behavior:

Unable to get desired equipment type during CRT upload in sourcing

Expected Behavior:

Equipment Group should be shown correctly in the Rate Record

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Shipment set
2. Create a Project
3. Create a CRT
4. Assign the CRt to the Project
5. Create Bid round
6. Create the BId
7. Generate the CRT
8. Upload the bid Response
9. Commit the Bid
10.Create the Rate from the Bid
11. In the Rate record, equipment type is shown wrongly
