Symptoms

When click over any action (Approve/Reject/Request Info) option in the 'Action Required' email notifications, a new browser tab is opening instead of new email.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receive an Email Notification for Absence Approval

2. Click on Approve/Reject/Request Info

3. Notice a new browser tab is opened.
