ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Find that when doing Cycle Count for Serialized transactions/items are not reflected in the Serial Number History and Active Serial History screens for the same serial/item transactions.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Would expect for Cycle Count for Serialized transactions/items to be reflected when searching for same serial/item in the Serial Number History and the Active Serial History UI screens.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Warehouse on Cloud.
2. Navigation Path: RF > Cycle Count for transaction/item (serialized).
