Cannot Import Contacts Via File Based Import

Getting errors when importing new contacts.
The ID attribute PartyId doesn't have a matching value for the record of type Contact. (MKT-285329) Details: You must provide a valid ID value to update or delete a record.
These attributes haven't been mapped for high-volume import : LastKnownGPS,FavoriteContactFlag, ... CreatedByModule ( ZCA-210188)
1. Download the Contact mapping from Import Management > Import Objects > Import Object Details = Contact
2. Using the contact.csv, populate the fields with data
3. Submit the import from Import Management > Create Import Activity
