Error in BOM Item Administration Page When the User Lacks Access to the Default Price Book

Symptoms
An error message can be seen in the BOM Item administration page, when a FullAccess User that performs one of the following tasks, does not have access to the Default Price Book:
- Deploy the Data Table used for BOM Item Definition (e.g. Oracle_BomItemDef).
- Save Item Definition BOM Table (Navigate to Admin > BOM under Products > BOM Tables under BOM Declaration > Click BOM Item Definition > and click on "Save".)
Error:
The part number or model path of sales items must exist in CPQ.
