Planning Cloud:A Value More than 15 (Included) Decimal Digit Can't be Updated Directly (Doc ID 2705094.1)

Symptoms

A value more than 15 (including 15) decimal digit can't be updated directly, but can be updated indirectly.

The value can't be changed from '1234.567809999999' to '1234.56781', or the other way around, directly.
You have to change the value to something else like '0' first, then the value can be saved.
Please refer to testcase as below:
1. from '1234.567809999999' to '1234.56781' -->No
2. from '1234.567809999999' to '0'-->Yes, then from '0' to '1234.56781'-->Yes

To count the number of decimal digits, take the number, remove the decimal separator, and then count the number of digits.
For example:

1234.567809999999 --> 1234567809999999 --> 16
1234.56780999999 -->123456780999999 --> 15

Changes

 Input a value more than 15 decimal digit in a cell of a form and click Save button.
