Place Order Delayed when the Cart has Multiple Heavily Configurable Items with CPQ. (Doc ID 2705268.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

Place order takes time when the Cart has multiple heavily Configurable Items with CPQ.
 

STEPS to REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login to ccstore-stage-xxxx.oracleoutsourcing.com

2) Configure and add at least 4 Products which are heavily configurable and integrated with CPQ (Example - Size, color etc.,) into the Cart.

3) CHECKOUT - the Cart

4) Click on PLACE ORDER

Order confirmation page came after a long delay (more than few mins) or not coming at all depends upon the number of products added and the configurations involved.
