Symptoms

Three issues in the Workforce module for the combination specified in the validation sheet.

There are no customizations done in the Workforce module


1. Benefit, Additional Earning and Tax is not calculating even after all required information. Calculate compensation does not calculate benefits, earnings and taxes.

2. Synchronize defaults does not copy default rates to the specific cost center and position. Synchronize default does not global assumption rates and clears the existing rates after updating in the Mass update form if entered manually.

3. Synchronize definition does not copy from Global assumption to the specific cost center and position. Synchronize Definition does not copy global definitions and clears the existing data in the Mass update form if entered manually.


Changes

User  started the plan cycle so the sub vars were updated to reflect that.
