Goal

Background: Mutations generated by Change Event Rule
Using "Date Paid To" concept related to localization
Policy Calculation Periods

When following the below sequence a situation is reached where neither apply registrations or Calculate premium are able to clear the Outstanding Mutations

1) Create policy with one member
2) Submit policy
3) Calculate Premium
4) Send registration exact amount and date
5) Process registration
6) Confirm DPT

1) Add second enrollment start date after first member start date and before DPT
2) Submit policy
3) Generate Policy Mutations
4) Confirm Mutation on policy
5) Apply registration
6) Confirm DPT has been adjusted
7) Confirm Mutation on policy is cleared


1) Add third enrollment start date exactly the same as second enrollment
2) Submit policy
3) Generate Policy Mutations
4) Confirm Mutation on policy
5) Apply registration
6) No expectation on DPT being adjusted
7) Expect Mutation on policy is cleared, however it is not
8) Calculate registration
9) Get the following message
10) There is at least one mutations with an effective date on or before the Date Paid To 02/07/2020 and therefore the premium cannot be calculated as the registrations must be re-applied
