Cannot Enter '0' in Item Position Input Field when Managing Products in Table View (Doc ID 2705561.1)

Symptoms

When managing product list in table view in Admin Catalog, '0' cannot be entered into the items' position input field.

Reproducible Steps
1. Logon to Admin Console, e.g. https://<admin server>/occs-admin
2. Navigate to Catalog and any category that has at least 10 child products, e.g. https://<admin server>/occs-admin/#!/catalog/cloudCatalog/collection/weymouth
3. Try to enter 10 into any item's position input box, to make the first item at position 10. Notice that '0' doesn't show up. Instead, only '1' stays in the position input box.
