Symptoms

One of the user is not able to view "Account Alias Issue" pending transactions. On the other hand, other user is able to view same transactions without any issue.

"Manage Pending Transactions" UI showing 3 pending "Account Alias Issue" transactions. User click on hyper link for Account Alias transactions and it takes to "View Pending Transactions" page.

On View Pending Transactions, no records are visible.
