Unable to Find 'Reschedule Reason' Field On Field Service Work Order Details UI (Doc ID 2705643.1)

Customer while trying to reschedule the Field service WO, is neither getting popup window asking to provide Reschedule reason like he gets Cancel reason while canceling the WO nor there is any static field present on details UI for the user to enter value.
Therefore on clicking on Save, he is getting error "You must provide a reschedule reason to reschedule the work order."

Note: Customer has added Reschedule Reason to OFSC Details layout above the Case Notes fields in the Notes section via App Composer.
Still they are not able to see 'Reschedule Reason' field on UI.
