You Cannot Modify Grants To Reserved User Roles (Doc ID 2705808.1)

Goal

On Cloud 20.3

When trying to update a user role to add the ADMIN "Grantee Role",  get the following error


1. Log onto OTM system as DBA.ADMIN user.
2. Navigate to: Configuration and Administration > User Management > User Role
3. Search for and select the respective (custom) user role.
4. Add User Role of ADMIN to the 'Grantee User Role' section.
5. Save the user role
6. The exception is seen.
