Some Service Request Statuses Are Not Visible In The Milestone Creation Page (Doc ID 2705810.1)

Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
Some Service request statuses are not in the Milestone creation page when creating a milestone.

When configuring a milestone you can select the milestone Starts When , Pauses When and Completes When  values.
If you select the Service request status attribute  the expectation is that you will see all service request status in the List of values.   However only 10 statuses appear
