Workspace Does Not Display Recent Changes In A Record
This behavior was observed during update through OPA connector to Oracle Engagement Cloud. Updates on the records are reflected in the their actual page (example Opportunity in Detail Page) however when checking in the Workspace area, the records remains as if not updated for a long time (more or less 30 minutes).
Same behavior was observed when records are created and updated via import.
Please see attached screenshots that my help you.
Even when updating/deleting a record in Workspace area itself, changes take long time to reflect in Workspace.
Is this something by default? Or can we have an option to lower the refresh time?
