Symptoms

Problem Description:

Approval Rules were created as role-based where multiple approval rules exist for a single role, but include other differing criteria.

Multiple approval rules are being triggered for a requisition, or the wrong approval rule is triggered, where all of the criteria has not been met.

Example:

Requisitions where the requestor is the Line Manager are routing based on the first approval rule even though the Business Justification value is not a match.
