On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax codes are not updated after a P45 is issued.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Payments after P45s to use the 0T, non-cumulative tax code/basis.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate employee and run the P45 process.
2. Subsequent payment processed.
