Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

When attempting to add Receiver in Fusion for intercompany transactions.,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 255, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create intercompany batch
2. Receiver LOV doesn't show values.
3. Receiver field shows 2 "[]"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create intercompany transactions
