The report that is marked as favorite in OTBI are not marked as Favorite report in Fusion > Tools > Reports and Analytics page. Instead, another report is marked as Favorite in Reports and Analytics page.

 1. SOAP WSDL URLs Are Incorrect in Developer Connect Until Synchronized
