Changes/Issues in fusion release 11.13.23.01.00 (23A)

1. OTBI favorites are not working as expected.
The report that is marked as favorite in OTBI are not marked as Favorite report in Fusion > Tools > Reports and Analytics page. Instead, another report is marked as Favorite in Reports and Analytics page.

Changes/Issues in fusion release 11.13.20.10.00 (20D)

1. SOAP WSDL URLs Are Incorrect in Developer Connect Until Synchronized
