Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Work Execution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
For Process MFG WO, Reverse to Ready function is not working as expected

Reverse to Ready has been used to Return a Product that was recorded incorrectly in a Work Order. When using this feature, it is putting the Reverse to Ready quantity in the Backflush Materials window (train stop). Also, when the Inventory train stop displays, it no longer displays the Product and Quantity to be returned, and you cannot add a record here.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The user should be able to select value in Inventory Train Stop and also see the quantities reduced in Inventory under Manage Item Quantities

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Review Dispatch List > Complete with Details > Reverse to Ready
2. Complete all Train Stops
3. Verify the Inventory under Manage Item Quantities
