On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, SA - Saudi Arabia Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GOSI Annuities are not deducted for Saudi nationals, working in SA, over 65 years, if the employee never left the workforce.
Employee is registered for Social Insurance. Annuities 60-65 > set to Yes Age: 67 y.o.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
GOSI annuities should be computed for Saudi nationals, working in SA, over 65 years, if the employee never left the workforce.
If employee was registered for social insurance before the age of 60 and never left employment, annuities continue to be calculated normally
till the employee retires

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire new employee; ;Employee is registered for Social Insurance. Annuities 60-65 > set to Yes Age: 67 y.o.
2. Calculate payroll
3. GOSI Annuities are not deducted.
