Goal

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

Number of representatives differ in the person management UI and in the directory

When I am searching for a particular user in person management and going to the person record and clicking on the head phone icon to see the number of representatives , this is different from the number of representatives I see when I search for the person in Directory and click on representatives.
This happened for some users and for some the number is same.
Could you let me know the reasoning behind such behavior.
