Unable To Open PO In View Mode Through The Allocator Dashboard (Doc ID 2706790.1)

Symptoms

Unable to open PO in view mode through the Allocator Dashboard.

While in the Allocator dashboard when trying to open a PO from the "PO Order Arrival" detail screen the following error is thrown to the user
"This order is either being modified by another user or is open in a separate tab. Check the open tabs for this order or re-enter the order in View mode.
However there is no open session for the order trying to open...

"This order is either being modified by another user or is open in a separate tab. Check the open tabs for this order or re-enter the order in View mode".

Steps To Reproduce :

  1. Create a Purchase Order (PO) or using the What-If Allocation.
  2. In Allocations go to the Allocator dashboard and filter using the merch hier of the items in the previously created PO.
  3. Try to open the PO by clicking on the link on the table below.
  4. This should take you to the PO screens in RMS and the following error appears on the screen.
