Symptoms

A secure mail server is configured in the Oracle Analytics Cloud > Console > Mail Server page where a corporate SMTP server is specified and the Connection Security is set to SSL/TLS or STARTTLS.

An agent is created to deliver a report via email to recipients.

When the agent is run, it fails and the following error is observed:-

[nQSError: 75026] The specified mail server hostname is different from the certificate CN.
