In Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS), Exchange Rates Populate As Zeroes When Loading Rates Via Data Management (DM) (Doc ID 2707151.1)

Last updated on JULY 07, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service - Version N/A to N/A [Release 11.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When loading Exchange Rates to TRCS using DM, they load as 0 instead of the specified values.  The .dat file generated by DM shows that the data has been imported against the wrong currency (Entity Currency rather than the selected Input Currency).

Example of sample data
