Create Legal Entity page is refreshing and not opening after clicking the'+' add sign.

This is causing serious problems, as new Legal Entities cannot be added.

Checked the UI logs and discovered the following error: JBO-FND:::FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST: Context Value US is not in the list of values.
