Zipped File Sizes Greater than 100MB Load to UCM But Do Not Load to Staging Tables in ESS Jobs (Doc ID 2707248.1)

Symptoms

After zipping and uploading files greater than 100MB  to WebCenter Content Manager (UCM) , the loader ESS job: "Load Planning data from Flat files" could not load data to staging tables .     

Users expect files of any size to load to the staging tables via the ESS job after the files are in UCM.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
