Fusion Absence Management: Absence Certification Override Payment Percentage Doesn't Work with Decimals (Doc ID 2707372.1)

Goal

Customer have a number of employees effected, that have different percentage overrides in decimals and different percentage amounts to override on leaves. They would have to make a high number absence certifications and attach to each absence type based on different percentage overrides.

Upgraded to 20C but still override payment percentage doesn't get applied if used decimals.

Would you please confirm whether payment percentage can not be used with decimals or not? Whether this is expected functionality?
