How To Hide Some Service Request Channel Types (Doc ID 2707391.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Service Requests


Customer needs to disable VIDEO and CO-BROWSE channel types from Service Requests creation. They have checked the lookup type: ORA_SVC_CHANNEL_TYPE_CD but they are unabe to disable there. There is also a task: "Manage Service Request Channel Type Visibility" but neither VIDEO and CO-BROWSE appears on the page.

How can these Channel Type values be hidden?
