Calculation Entries still offers access to Edit after adding "ORA_PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_VIEW_DUTY" privilege

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Calculation Entries to be View Only after adding "ORA_PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRY_VIEW_DUTY" privilege

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a role to have View Only Duties assigned

2. Assign the role to an employee

3. Notice Calculation Entries still offers access to Edit
