Proxy Timeout Error in Both OTM and BIP when Report is Scheduled or Run Online (Doc ID 2708053.1)

Symptoms

Your report is timing out when it is run in either the OTM application or in BIP itself.

The report cannot even be sent via scheduled report e-mail which is the best practices recommendation for large reports.

In both cases this error is received:
